Pottery Lessons

Happs Pottery has created a two hour pottery lesson for visitors to have a go at making pots on a wheel. Join your family and friends (up to 6 people at a time) to learn how to throw with Finn Happ or Harry Wykman. Sometimes you make something incredible (for a first timer!) and sometimes its a huge achievement to shape ‘something’. Either way, there is opportunity to go the next step and have it glazed and fired. This is an optional extra. You choose the glaze for the pot from our range. Finn then trims the pot, fires it, glazes it and then fires it again. It can be posted home or someone can come and collect it.
